At the start of the function all patrons receive a $1000 bill which they then exchange at one of the gaming tables for chips. They then play at their game of choice for a specified period. At the end of the session they cash up their chips, they can either receive a cheque to be used in an auction or we can find the top 6 winners who can then take part in a playoff to find the overall winner.
